Home Health Program
At Independence Village, our goal is to help you age in place and maintain your independent lifestyle as long as possible. That is why we offer an onsite Resident Support Program seven days a week, 365 days a year.

Good Health Services, a home health care provider, is onsite to provide the extra support needed to maintain your independent lifestyle without having to relocate. Services include but are not limited to:

• Medication service
• Daily blood sugar checks
• Assistance with shower and dressing
• Escort/errand service
• Morning and evening staff visits
• Blood pressure checks

In addition to arrangements with Good Health Services, residents of Independence Village are also free to bring in other services as needs may arise, such as:

• Physical therapy
• Occupational therapy
• Speech therapy
• Hospice care
• Private duty assistance
